Prior to joining CertaPro, Jenny owned and operated her own pet care business and managed a high-end animal boarding facility. With over 20 years experience in management and customer service related industries, she thrives on connecting with people and providing a personal touch to all she does. In addition to coordinating daily operations, she strives to grow through education within the company. Every day is a great opportunity to learn something new!
Jenny enjoys reaching out to the community through volunteer work and events. She has organized family fun expo’s and family dog shows. She has also taught animal safety and animal first aid classes to parents and their children. In her spare time, Jenny likes playing football with her family, taking pictures of sunsets and nature, and any activity that lets her feet hit the beach.
